2.2 Unfulfilled SO & Closed SO

Sales Orders from EMAS Inventory will be displayed here. This includes Sales Orders that have been entered using EMAS.net and were downloaded to EMAS Inventory.

· Unfulfilled SO – These are Sales Orders that have not been fulfilled by issuing invoices or delivery orders. Their status will be marked as ‘Open’.

· Closed SO – These are Sales Orders that have invoices or delivery orders issued for them. Their status will be marked as ‘Closed’.

The Search Toolbar is present on the top of the page to help search for Sales Orders. Clicking on any SO No. or any ‘View’ link will bring you to the details of the order as shown below.

For a closed Sales Order, you will see an entry under the ‘Related Documents’ column.

Clicking on this will bring you to the related document for this Sales Order.
